Meet erin

Hi, I’m Erin, a life coach with a strong foundation in psychology and a deep passion for helping people navigate life’s transitions with clarity and confidence.

I earned my bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in counseling psychology which give me a solid understanding of human behavior, emotional patterns, and personal growth. I am also certified in Transitional Life Coaching, allowing me to support clients through change in a practical, forward-focused way.

As a life coach, I specialize in helping individuals work through transitional seasons of life—whether that means relationship challenges, parenting concerns, family dynamics, career changes, goal setting, or major life shifts across the lifespan. Change can feel overwhelming, but it can also be an opportunity for growth, healing, and alignment. My role is to help you identify where you are, clarify where you want to go, and create realistic steps to get there.

I offer a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, empowered, and equipped to move forward. I work with clients in person and virtually, making coaching accessible and flexible to fit your life.

No matter where you are in your journey, you don’t have to navigate change alone. I’m here to walk alongside you as you build insight, confidence, and momentum toward the life you want.

Coaching vs. Therapy: What’s the Difference?

While therapy and life coaching can both be supportive and transformative, they serve different purposes.

Therapy focuses on diagnosing and treating mental health conditions. Therapists often work with past experiences, trauma, and emotional healing, and treatment may include clinical assessments or diagnoses. Therapy is especially important for individuals experiencing mental health disorders such as depression, anxiety, trauma, or other clinical concerns.

Life coaching, on the other hand, is future-focused and action-oriented. Life coaches work with individuals who are emotionally stable and ready to create change, navigate transitions, set goals, and move forward with clarity and purpose. Coaching does not involve diagnosing or treating mental health conditions. Instead, it centers on personal growth, decision-making, accountability, and practical strategies for life improvement.
